A project I'm backing just succeeded and my payment failed. What do I do?

If your payment fails, we will send a notification email with a page link to fix the billing issue every 2 days for a week from the project's end date until you complete the payment. You will have 7 days to resolve the payment issue before your order is cancelled, you are dropped from the campaign, and it will no longer be possible for you to receive the record.
