Not receiving email notifications?
When shopping on Qrates, you will receive notification emails from info@qrates.com, support@qrates.com, and noreply@qrates.com.
If you haven’t received any email notifications, please try the following options:
- Check your spam folder.
- Some email accounts have an automatic filtering option where emails can be sent to different folders and are easily hidden.
- Add qrates.com to your address book.
