When will I receive the records I have reserved or purchased?
Crowdfunding projects
Since Qrates manufactures records after the project has successfully ended, the records are typically shipped 4-5 months from the project’s end date. Please note that this schedule is subject to change depending on any schedule changes at the pressing plant and the artist’s ability to submit production assets.
Pre-order and Sell Catalog projects
Combined shipping:
Combined shipping orders are shipped when the item with the latest shipping date becomes available for shipping. If your order only contains Sell Catalog items, it will be shipped from one of our two Qrates Storage within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.
Separate shipping:
Separate Shipping orders are shipped as soon as possible once the ordered item is available in stock. Estimated delivery dates are displayed on your Order history page (Login > Menu Bar (your icon) > Order history).
