How to check my project's revenue?

You can check your revenue on the 'Payment Statement' page in each project dashboard. 

  1. Login to Qrates and go to each project's dashboard. 
  2. On the project dashboard page, select the SALES button. 
  3. On the SALES page, select the "Wallet and payments" section, and there you can find detailed information about your project's costs, sales, and revenue. 

How to request my revenue?

You can request your revenue transfer on the "Wallet and payments" page from each project's SETUP page, by selecting the "REQUEST REVENUE" button. Please remember you can only request your revenue after the records have shipped.

When the requested amount is over 1 million Japanese yen (approx. $10,000/€9,000/£8,000), we will transfer your revenue via bank transfer due to PayPal regulations in Japan. In this case, please let us know the following information on your project dashboard.

When can I request for my revenue?

For Crowdfunding projects:

Your revenue can be transferred once the pressing process has finished and the records have shipped from the pressing plant.

For Press&Sell projects:

Your revenue can be transferred once the pressing process has finished and the records have shipped from the pressing plant.

 

When will I receive the revenue?

The payment of revenue from your sales will be processed within 3-5 working days of your request being placed. 

*Please note that bank holidays and weekends are not classified as working days.
