How to check my revenues?

You can check your revenue on the 'Payment Statement' page from each project dashboard page. 

  1. Login to Qrates and go to each project dashboard page. 
  2. On the project dashboard page, you'll see the menu bar on the right upper side and there is the "Payment statement". 
  3. On the payment statement page, there is detailed information for your project cost, sales, and revenue. 

How to request my revenues?

You can request your revenue transfer on the 'Payment Statement' page from each project dashboard page.

On the top of the payment state page, there is the 'Project wallet' section, and you can request your revenue transfer by clicking the green button with the text of 'Request revenue' . Please remember you can only request your revenue after the records have shipped.

When the requested amount is over 1 million Japanese yen (approx. $10,000/€9,000/£8,000), we will transfer your revenue via bank transfer due to the PayPal regulation in Japan. In this case, please let us know the following information on your project dashboard.

When can I request for my revenue?

For Crowdfunding projects:

Your revenue can be transferred once the pressing process has finished which means after the records have shipped from the pressing plant.

For Press&Sell projects:

Your revenue can be transferred once the pressing process has finished which means after the records have shipped from the pressing plant.

 

When will I receive the revenue?

The payment of revenue from your sales will be processed within 3-5 working days after your request. 

*Please note that bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.
