Shipping update: New Logistics Center in France

Dear valued customers,

We would like to provide you with an update about the shipping delays we’re encountering at the moment.

Due to the operational issues with our previous logistics provider, we have directed all finished projects to our new logistics provider based in France. This new partner will not affect any billing on to the artists and to the fans' end.

We’re sorting through technical integration issues with our new warehouse partner. We will update this document once we have an estimated completion. You can expect to receive updates regarding your project without any other changes. We ask for more of your patience.
