Shipping and Delivery updates April 2024

Updated by Support team

To our valued artists and customers,

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for the pressing and shipment delays that are being experienced. We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration caused by this and we want to assure you that we are actively addressing the situation.

The delays have been primarily due to unforeseen payment issues that have arisen, impacting our ability to dispatch orders efficiently, delaying the production/shipments of some projects, and affecting backend processes. We want to let you know that we are working hard to resolve these issues to ensure smoother operations moving forward.

Despite the challenges we're facing, we are devoted to processing all outstanding projects and orders by the end of June. We appreciate your patience and ask that you please bear with us. Our team is focused on expediting the process to minimize any further delays and ensure that your orders are fulfilled as soon as possible.

While shipments have been slower than usual due to our facilities' limited shipping capacity, we have already started shipping orders by batches from our France, UK, and US logistics centers.

Additionally, we are in the process of implementing technical integrations to provide everyone with the accurate status of their orders/projects. Currently, this process is being handled manually. As such, please email us with any questions or concerns about your purchases at support@qrates.com. For artists, you can always check in through the Qrates messages in your project dashboards.

We apologize again for any inconvenience caused by the delays and assure you that we are taking proactive steps to make things right. We are committed to resolving any outstanding matters to the best of our ability. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

We appreciate every member of the Qrates community.

Sincerely,

Qrates Team
