To our valued artists and customers,

We are glad to inform everyone that progress is being made to resolve the issues we’re experiencing. (For more details about the challenges we're facing, please read our April 2024 update help doc: https://support.qrates.com/l/en/article/95otrm3skk-shipping-and-delivery-updates-april-2024)

Unfortunately, the process is taking longer than expected. We wanted everything to be sorted this month, but we received news that timelines have changed. We now anticipate that the production and shipment of all pending orders will commence by the end of August. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this update may bear, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

We are committed to ensuring that the records are handled with the utmost care, and we are doing everything that we can to start incremental shipments before then. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time. We also thank everyone for their continued support and trust. It is something that we cherish and what also keeps us motivated in these trying times.
