Setting up your tracklist
The first step to upload your audio files (sample audio, audio for pressing, and digital download) is to set up your tracklist properly.
To set up your tracklist, make sure to Login > Menu Bar (your icon) > Project Page > Setup > Tracklist
After setting up your tracklist, you may upload your audio files.
Sample Audio
Tracks with uploaded sample audio will be available for listening on your project page.
To add sample audio: Project Page > Setup > Audio > Sample Audio
If you do not wish to make a preview song available, simply skip this step.
Uploading Tracks from SoundCloud
To add preview tracks using SoundCloud click: SoundCloud > Paste URL > Submit
Audio for Vinyl Production
Audio files uploaded in the vinyl audio will be used for pressing your records.
To upload you audio file for vinyl pressing: Project Page > Setup > Audio > Vinyl Audio
If you are experiencing issues uploading your audio, please submit your audio files in a single compressed folder (.zip or .rar) using file transfer services such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive. Please send the link to us in the project's Qrates messages.
Audio for Cassette Duplication
Qrates accepts high-resolution, "Program Ready" digital audio files including WAV, FLAC, and AIFF.
The most optimal resolution and format is 44.1kHz/16-bit WAV files. For detailed audio submission guidelines please consult the following article.
