Can I change my billing or shipping address after my order has been placed?

If your order is from a Crowdfunding project:

You can change your shipping or billing address from your purchases page until 2 weeks before the estimated shipping date of your vinyl. To change your shipping or billing address or if the "Edit" button is no longer clickable, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of your request.

If your order is from a Pre-order project that contains one item:

You can change your shipping or billing address from your purchases page until 2 weeks before the estimated shipping date of your vinyl. To change your shipping or billing address or if the "Edit" button is no longer clickable, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of your request.

If your order is from a Pre-order / Sell catalog project that contains multiple items:

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take care of your request. Please note, we cannot guarantee we will successfully make this change depending on the remaining time before the orders are shipped.


How to change my billing or shipping address from my purchases page?

  1. Login
  2. Select Purchases from your user menu
  3. Select the project you wish to change the shipping or billing information
  4. Click 'View Order Progress'
  5. Click 'Edit'
  6. Update your shipping or billing information and save changes
Address update only applies to the current order you are editing and does not apply to previous or existing orders. 
Address updates that affect shipping fees may require a refund or extra payment and are not supported through the method above.
