Can I delete my artist account?
Artist accounts that have no active projects or orders can delete their account by following these steps.
Otherwise, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Artist name
- The email address associated with the account
- Reason for deleting the account
Before deleting your artist account, please make sure you don't have any active projects on Qrates. If you do, we will need to ask that you first please send a message to all customers explaining that the active project will be cancelled, then the project will be taken down and all orders cancelled before deleting your account.
