A crowdfunding campaign I'm backing just succeeded and my payment failed. What do I do?
We will send you an email with a link to fix the billing issue every 2 days for a week from the project's end date if your payment fails. You will have 7 days to resolve the payment issue before your order is canceled.
If the payment is not settled, you will be dropped from the campaign, and unfortunately, it will no longer be possible for you to receive the record.
