Crowdfunding Order Cancellation Policy
A pledge can only be canceled while a project hasn't yet reached its goal. Once a project has reached its goal, we cannot accept any pledge cancellation requests.
Pre-order and Sell Order Cancellation Policy
An order can only be canceled before it has been shipped. If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Order ID
- Title of the item that you'd like to cancel your order for (If your order includes multiple items)
- The email address associated with your order
- Reason for cancelling the order
