How can I send messages to fans who ordered my vinyl?
You can send an individual or bulk message to your fans who ordered your vinyl on the orders page of your project.
To go to your project's orders page and send a message, Log in > Menu Bar (your profile icon) > Projects > select the project of your choosing> Sales > Orders.
To send a private message to one specific person:
Tick the checkbox next to the order details of the fan you wish to message and select the message button.
To send bulk messages to your fans:
Tick the checkbox above the top listed order, next to the "order number" column (this checkbox automatically selects all orders), and select the message button.
Your message will be sent via info@qrates.com.
